Back in 1981, the shop was a ‘beautiful’ launderette servicing the local area. In 1991 it underwent a more up-market transformation becoming Putney Dry Cleaners including an expanded range of cleaning services.
The then owners of Putney Dry Cleaners became well known and loved by many in the area. They continued until 2011 when they decided to retire.
Bebo 1 Ltd took over in November 2011 determined in following the tradition of friendly customer service.
When it took it over there were many loyal customers and, with the new friendly owner-manager Bebo, this greatly increased! Not only are our customers local from the Putney area but also many live around in Wimbledon Village, Wimbledon town, Southfields as well as Roehampton, Fulham and Earlsfield!
It is the friendly personal service that the customers really like that is causing them to come back again and again.

We also specialize in looking after Wedding dresses with some having then cleaned regularly. Some items made of Silk need special care and we can deal with those too.
We have an alterations and repair tailoring service on-premises. This includes correcting the length of trousers, adjusting the waistband and adding zips. We also adjust and add lining to curtains.
